PROGRAMA PRIMERA REUNIÓN - FIRST MEETING PROGRAM

Como ya hemos acordado, la primera reunión del proyecto Grundtvig "el corazón lejano" tendrá lugar en Monterroso, durante los días 17, 18 y 19 de diciembre.
El programa previsto para dicha reunión será el siguiente:

Lunes 17 de diciembre:
9,30 horas - Presentación oficial en el Centro a cargo del Director D. Víctor Fraga Gayoso
10,00 h - Visita a las instalaciones del Centro Penitenciario.
11,15 h - Coffe break
11,45 h - Reunión de miembros del grupo: planificación de trabajo, calendario de reuniones, descripción del trabajo en cada Centro etc.
13,00 h Finalización de la primera sesión de trabajo
(posible visita, si se acuerda, a Santiago de Compostela durante la tarde)

Martes 18 de diciembre:
9,30 horas - Preparación de la actividad
10.00 h - Comienzo de la actividad con el grupo de trabajo Grundtvig de Monterroso
11,00 h. - Coffe break
11,15 h. - Segunda parte de la actividad de grupo
12,15 h. Salida hacia el municipio de Monterroso
12,30 h. Recepción oficial del alcalde de Monterroso D. Antonio Gato Soengas en la que se ofrecerá un almuerzo a los miembros del proyecto.
(posible visita, si se acuerda, a la ciudad de Lugo durante la tarde)

Miércoles 18 de diciembre:
9,30 horas - Establecimiento de las conclusiones de las actividades y del seguimiento del proyecto.
Finalización de la reunión en función de los horarios de salida de los diferentes miembros del grupo.

As we have agreed, the first meeting of Grundtvig project "the heart far away" will be held in Monterroso, during the days 17, 18 and 19 December. The schedule for the meeting is as follows:
Monday, 17 December:
9.30 pm-Official presentation into the Center by the Director of de Penitentiary Center Mr. Victor Fraga Gayoso
10.00 am-Visit to the facilities of the prison.
11.15 am-Coffee break
11.45 am-Meeting of members of the group: planning work, schedule meetings, job description at each center.
13.00 h Completion of the first working session
(Possible visit, if agreed, to Santiago de Compostela in the afternoon)

Tuesday 18 December:
9.30 pm-Preparations for the activity
10.00 am-Start of the activity with the working group of Grundtvig Monterroso
11.00 h. - Coffee break
11.15 h. The second part of the group activity
12.15 h. Departure to township Monterroso
12.30 h. Official presentation by the Mayor of Monterroso Mr. Antonio Gato Soengas in which a lunch will be offered to members of the project.
(Possible visit, if agreed, to the city of Lugo in the afternoon)

Wednesday, 18 December:
9.30 pm-Establishment of the conclusions of the activities and project monitoring.
End of the meeting depending on the schedules of departure from the members of the group.
