- 12.00h: Government's Representative in the province

13.30: Lunch

17.00h: Partners' meeting

Partners' meeting. Ourense 5 and 6 May

Agenda:

- Product book of the project The Heart Far Away: handing in to institutions, payment procedures, etc.
- Each partner's dissemination of the book in the area of influence of their institutions.
- Possible involvement of the media in the dissemination of the book.
- Activities carried out by each partner institution over the last months since the last meeting.
- Gathering of new autobiographical works collected in each institution if any.
- Possible production of a CD with all the works made.
- Project conclusions.
- Other topics of interest.
